What this site is
This site is operated by My House Didn't Sell San Tan Valley ("we"), a direct home buyer. It provides general information about options for homeowners whose listings ended and a way to request a review. It is not legal, tax, financial or real estate brokerage advice. We are not a law firm, lender or brokerage that lists homes for sale.

Requests and offers
Submitting a form is a request for information. It does not create a contract, and we are not obligated to make an offer. Any offer will be given in writing, is subject to our review of the property and the facts, and is not binding on either side until a written agreement is signed. We do not guarantee any price, closing date or outcome.
You are not required to accept anything. We encourage you to have an Arizona real estate attorney or advisor of your choosing review any agreement, including any arrangement involving the continuation of an existing loan.
Costs and payment
There is no charge to request a review. If you proceed with a transaction, costs, who pays them and how proceeds are handled will be stated in writing before you sign.

Text messages
If you opt in using the separate checkbox, we may text you about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help; for support you can email [email protected]. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
